Committed to Protecting Health & Safety

As all of us start to feel the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) I want to address the concerns and share the steps we’re taking in our corporate office, and with our staff of service and installation personnel to continue our focus on protecting the health and safety of our customers and employees.

We’re closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19 and, based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization and applicable public health agencies, making ongoing assessments and staying in communication with our employees and customers to provide information and guidance as developments unfold.

As a life safety service company, we must continue to perform the service and maintenance of critical life safety systems. In that regard we are doing business as usual with precautions in place. For customers with vulnerable residents we will postpone and reschedule non-critical service and maintenance appointments.

Our corporate office has greatly expanded our daily sanitization efforts. In addition, we are asking all of our office staff to follow personal CDC guidelines in their daily work. Minimizing any potential exposure to our service staff is being made. Our service technicians and installers are asked to stay out of our office unless absolutely necessary. These critical employees that come to your place of business, residence or facility are taking every precaution to keep you and themselves safe. New disposable gloves are being worn on each and every job, sanitary wipes are being used on tools and truck touch points after each customer location whenever possible.

Again, the health and safety of our customers and employees are our top priority and we’re committed to doing our part to help keep everyone safe.

Thank you,

Kenneth R. Volkening – President
