It’s been reported throughout the Chicagoland area that an alarm monitoring station is experiencing delays in the transmission of alarms from protected premises.
Fox Valley Fire & Safety continuously monitors and maintains our networks in accordance with manufacturer and UL guidelines. We are not experiencing any delays of signal transmission on any of our monitored customer locations.

EMERgency 24 – Statement
October 14, 2016 –
The ADS network is on its own frequency, which does not affect Fox Valley Fire & Safety, EMERgency24 or the Des Plaines networks.
We have experienced no disruptions in receiving signals at our central station, and continue to monitor the health of our network.
In discussions with other central stations operating their own networks, and we feel that this is an isolated incident.
